The code generated when purchasing the card is used as PROMOCODE to be able to redeem it on the website.

How does the recipient receive the information and conditions of the gift card?
During the purchase process, you will have to indicate the email address of the person you want to receive the Gift Voucher.

Once the purchase is confirmed through payment, the recipient will receive an email with the Gift Voucher, consisting of an alphanumeric code, along with the conditions to redeem it and all the details to reserve.
What are the conditions of the gift card?
Reservations made with Gift Card credit will be subject to the conditions of the reservation made, in terms of confirmation, modification and cancellation.

The gift voucher cannot be cancelled, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
